Hi, everybody, I would really appreciate if all of my followers at least would read this post, because it’s really, really super important…

As you might know, Skye and I have been very close friends for more than three years now, and last summer we admitted our feelings for one another and began a relationship. The catch is he lives in Hawaii, and I live in Indiana. So there’s a bit of a distance in between us. However, we’re both devoted and committed and we decided we wouldn’t let that get in the way and we’re both planning on being near one another sometime very soon—within the next three years we’re planning on being together. The reason it’s not sooner is because next year Skye will begin his mission (he is a Latter-Day Saint), and could be gone for up to two years. We decided we really wanted to meet at least once before he has to leave, so for my eighteenth birthday my family and I were going to go to California (and Disneyland) this October and Skye was going to fly up to meet us there. We were going to spend several days together in California as our first meeting point, to prove that if we could make it that far at least once, we could get there again later on and actually stay there.

However, something financially came up on his side… something with the IRS… and now it seems like there’s a slim chance that he’ll be able to go meet us. We could go to Hawaii, but I’m not quite sure how well that would work out because we only have about a week to spend, and we’d have to get used to the time zone differences. If it comes to it we will fly down to Hawaii but we’d really like to get this California trip settled…

So I guess what I’m asking is, if it’s not too much trouble for you and you have just a few dollars to spare—or even just ONE dollar… we would really, really, really appreciate if you donated to Skye’s PayPal account. Every single cent counts, it really, really does, and we would really love to be able to meet one another one time before he has to leave.
